Before training
Confirm the policy owner, approved tools, sensitive-data rules, audience needs, accessibility needs and examples that can safely be used.
During training
Make room for questions about jobs and monitoring, demonstrate mistakes as well as successes, and keep consequential employment decisions out of AI exercises.
After training
Provide escalation contacts, gather unresolved questions, document approved workflows and schedule a policy review.
Keep ownership shared
HR can coordinate learning and employee communication, but tool security, privacy interpretation, legal advice and operational approval belong with the qualified owners in the organization. Put those names into the training plan so unanswered questions have a real destination.
