Week 1 — prepare
Choose approved tools, review current policy, identify five representative roles and collect low-risk examples.
Week 2 — train together
Run a half-day session with a shared foundation, safety module and role-based table exercises.
Weeks 3–4 — apply
Each employee tests one approved workflow. Managers review quality and record questions rather than measuring output volume alone.
Day 30 — review
Retire weak uses, document successful ones, update guidance and identify who needs advanced or role-specific coaching.
A practical cohort design
A 20-person group can begin together, then split into tables by work type—for example customer-facing communication, internal administration and management review. Each table can use a different fictional case while applying the same privacy and verification method.
