What Should Be Included in Corporate AI Training?

Corporate training should connect useful employee tasks with privacy, accuracy and management expectations. A tool demonstration alone is not enough.

Core knowledge

Employees need a plain-language model of what generative AI does, where it can help and why it can be confidently wrong.

Practical skill

Training should include guided exercises using context, constraints, examples, output formats, iteration and critique.

Workplace safeguards

Include approved tools, prohibited information, source checks, bias, copyright, disclosure, records and human approval.

Role relevance

Managers, HR, sales, administration, customer service and marketing should practise different scenarios.

Evidence of a useful session

A buyer should be able to identify the employee method, the role-specific practice, the safety decisions and the manager follow-up. Attendance alone does not show that employees can select an appropriate task, protect information and defend the final work.
